Hey, I’m Madison
I'm a licensed therapist in New York City with a background in media and humanitarian work, specializing in helping high-achieving adults, especially women and queer folks, uncover the parts of themselves that have been quietly hidden.
I see therapy as a collaborative process and my approach is relational, trauma-informed, feminist and rooted in deep care. I integrate EMDR therapy, parts work and somatic practices to support you on your journey.
Working together is less about quick fixes and more about sustainable change.
In session, you can expect:
A nonjudgmental, compassionate presence;
Gentle challenges that help you see yourself and your values more clearly and;
Tools to help you increase emotional tolerance and shift internal patterns.
How to Get Started With Therapy
01.
I offer every new client a free 15-minute consultation. You can ask me any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
02.
If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an intake session where we’ll dive deeper into your story and what brings you to therapy.
03.
Ongoing sessions are personalized to your needs, blending evidence-based tools and deep relational work to support healing and growth.
“I've supervised and collaborated many times with Madison Liddle, and what stands out to me is the creativity, authenticity and thoughtfulness she brings to her work. Madison integrates somatic approaches with personal experiences—including insights drawn from rave and dance culture—in a way that is grounded, embodied, accessible, and also quite cutting edge.”
