Before your EMDR Intensive, we'll meet for a 90 minute Pre-Intensive Interview to clarify your goals and objectives. We'll explore what changes you dream of and where you get stuck. We’ll talk about what’s working and could be turned up. Well get to know how you’re feeling in your relationships, your stressors, and how you cope.

During

During the Intensive, we'll focus on three primary objectives:

Reduce the distress associated with painful experiences

Remove the obstacles that are getting your way

Reconnect with your authentic self.

This process is highly personalized and tailored to your unique circumstances.

After

Following the EMDR Intensive, we'll meet for a 90 minute Post-Intensive Interview to reflect on your experience and discuss how to integrate these insights into your daily life.
