EMDR Consultation for Therapists

I offer EMDRIA-approved consultation hours for licensed therapists who have completed basic training and are working toward EMDR Certification.

Together, we’ll refine your case conceptualization skills, strengthen your use of EMDR with complex trauma, OCD, ADHD, and build confidence in adapting EMDR for your clients.

Integrative EMDR Therapy that is Trauma-Informed & Neurodivergent-Affirming.

Effective EMDR isn’t just about technique — it’s about nervous system attunement and the ability to stay regulated and curious in complex spaces.

My consultation approach blends clinical skill-building with nervous-system literacy, helping therapists develop their own embodied understanding of EMDR.

My Approach

As a therapist with ADHD and a background in trauma work, I know how easy it is to feel “stuck” — both in sessions and in your own nervous system. My goal as a consultant is to help you find flow during your EMDR sessions.

We’ll explore how to use EMDR flexibly and creatively, integrating it with Internal Family Systems (IFS) a powerful combination that helps clients heal faster and more completely

My Specialty Areas

  • Trauma-informed EMDR supervision

  • OCD and anxiety presentations through an EMDR lens

  • ADHD, executive functioning, and regulation strategies in EMDR

  • Working with queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients

  • Therapist nervous system care and burnout prevention

About Me: Madison Liddle, LMHC

New York EMDR Therapist

I provide EMDR therapy for individuals who feel stuck, even after years of talk therapy or personal insight.

As an EMDRIA-certified clinician, I’ve completed the highest level of EMDR training and also provide consultation to other therapists learning this powerful approach. I specialize in integrating EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients access and heal the deeper parts of themselves that traditional therapy often can’t reach.

Together, we’ll work to reduce triggers, shift long-held negative beliefs, and create lasting change. My goal is to help you move from understanding your patterns to actually transforming them.

If you’re ready to feel unstuck and more fully yourself, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.

I don’t just practice EMDR,
I train other therapists how to do EMDR right.
