Book A Therapy Consultation

Are you feeling unsure about therapy? That’s completely normal.

The best way to find out if we can work together is to schedule a free consultation call. It’s an opportunity to explore if therapy is the right path and ask any questions.  If you decide that we are fit, we can schedule our first session.

If we are not a good fit, I am happy to make a referral to another therapist in my network. I have openings for new patients and currently do not have a waitlist.

FAQs

  • Unfortunately, I don’t accept insurance at this time. However, I’m happy to provide insurance documentation for folks who have out-of-network benefits looks like this: you pay the session fee following our visit, I provide you with a “superbill” (itemized receipt) that you submit to your insurance, then your insurance sends reimbursement for that session. If you’re unsure of your benefits, there should be a member services phone number on the back of your insurance card that you can call for assistance. Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits:

    1. What is my out-of-network deductible?

    2. How much of my out of network deductible has been already met?

    3. What is my policy period?

    4. What is my co-insurance?

    5. If that ask for a CPT code: Individual sessions: 90834

    6. How do I submit for reimbursement?

    7. How long do I have to submit my superbill?

  • You’ve already made a big first step, by seeking support and finding my website. If you’d like to explore what therapy together might look like, you can schedule a short introductory conversation by filling out the contact form above or book directly using this link.

  • A 45 minute session is $350, a 60 minute session is $450 and a 90 minute session is $700.

I have a couple of sliding scale spots available if you are a queer or trans person, or a member of another marginalized group (including in-current or ongoing domestic violence situations).

If this is you, please feel free to reach out.
